Email Automation: Lapsed Purchase

This email automation program was setup to reoccur every month and enrolled those who have not purchased with us in 6 months to try and get them re-engaged. This particular offer rewarded the customer with 250 points with purchase and was tracked by coupon code.

 

Email Automation Program: Welcome

Email program created for those first time customers and rewarded them with an incentive. Testing different offers usually every 3-6 months. This specific offer welcomed the customer with 10% Off their purchase. Coupon codes helped us track different incentives.

Email Campaign: Lauch

Brand new product exclusive to Mary’s. This was a promotional launch sent to a nationwide customer list to get the word out about the new supplement. Plus, a BOGO deal was marketed to sweeten the deal. A coupon code was setup and advertised in the eblast.

Monthly reoccurring campaign that’s one of our customer favorites. New arrivals for the rider advertises apparel and rider gear. Open rates average from 10-12% from our engaged contact list.
